A technology company meeting
Describe the confidential conversation and the room where it will take place. Identify loaned displays, conferencing devices and prototypes that need separate handling permission.
Estonia · London-based inspection team
Bureau Securitas arranges technical surveillance counter-measures in Tallinn for private meetings, premises and vehicles. Our TSCM team deploys from London, with scope, travel, permissions and timing agreed before the visit.

Local planning
Private technology meetings and rooms in varied venue settings.
Visit Tallinn’s official venue directory distinguishes the Old Town, city-centre and Ülemiste locations and separates conference hotels from other event spaces. A short business visit can therefore involve very different premises. Use each room’s actual setting, equipment and access restrictions to define the work instead of relying on a general description of Tallinn’s technology sector.
Describe the confidential conversation and the room where it will take place. Identify loaned displays, conferencing devices and prototypes that need separate handling permission.
Ask the operator about restrictions on fixtures, service spaces and furniture. The permitted inspection may differ from that of a modern office or purpose-built conference room.
Provide the building and tenant details, room identifier and reception procedure. Include any separate hotel accommodation as its own inspection area.
Local venue background: Visit Tallinn: venue types and districts. Venue examples help with planning; inspection access must be agreed with the operator.
Choose the scope
Tell us which spaces need attention and the decision the work must support. These service guides explain the different inspection settings.
Define the meeting rooms, work areas and installed conferencing equipment. Agree access to shared systems and concealed spaces with the responsible property controller.
Plan around actual room allocation, final setup and the first sensitive use. Obtain the operator’s permission and agree a handover contact.
Specify living areas, studies, garages and outbuildings. Establish who can authorise inspection and how the household will make the property available.
Identify the vehicle and the concern separately. Vehicle access, safe working conditions and any examination of installed systems are agreed before inspection.
Specialist access must be coordinated with the owner or operator. Include the aircraft or vessel location, permitted work and relevant operator restrictions.
For repeated use of sensitive rooms, discuss an inspection schedule, access controls and reporting responsibilities rather than assuming one check protects future meetings.
Before booking
Start with a short brief. Agree the channel and the details needed before sharing sensitive documents, allegations or personal information.
The engagement
Identify the property controller and equipment owners. Any additional permissions or local delivery requirements must be addressed before the work proceeds.
Set the inspection boundaries, available time and reporting purpose. Physical examination and electronic survey methods are selected for the assignment; forensic device work and network testing are scoped separately.
Examine the agreed areas and record access restrictions. Discuss who will control the space after inspection and whether further equipment or contractor access is expected.
Report the inspected areas, methods, relevant findings, limitations and recommended next steps. Agree any evidence-preservation or legal-adviser requirements in advance.
A technical inspection is a time-specific examination of an agreed scope. A quiet radio-frequency reading alone does not establish that no surveillance is present. Unavailable spaces and restrictions on handling equipment must be recorded. Changes after the visit can affect the conditions examined.
If you find a suspected device, avoid handling it unnecessarily. Contact us from a separate safe location so the next steps and any evidence-preservation requirements can be discussed.
Questions before commissioning
A room inspection addresses the agreed premises and surveillance concern. Investigating loss of source code requires a separate, authorised digital and organisational investigation; describe that concern explicitly when making contact.
It may have different access restrictions. Ask about permission to move furnishings or examine concealed spaces, and identify who will attend from the venue. Those limits should shape the proposal and report.
Our operational headquarters are in Lisbon. Our TSCM team is mostly stationed in London because of ongoing contracts there and deploys from London for assignments in Tallinn. We agree the travel arrangements, any necessary local delivery requirements and access before confirming the visit. This page describes service coverage rather than a permanent local TSCM team.
A written quotation follows scoping. It should identify the inspected areas, agreed methods, reporting, travel and any additional access or specialist requirements. Tell us the completion deadline and available access window. There is no fixed city-wide price or guaranteed arrival time; availability is confirmed for the assignment.
An inspection records the methods, accessible areas and conditions at the time of the visit. Concealed, inactive or inaccessible equipment can limit what can be established, and later access can change the position. The report states findings and limitations. If legal proceedings are contemplated, agree evidence-handling and reporting requirements with your legal adviser before commissioning.
Tell us the property type, timing and access arrangements. We will confirm a suitable scope, delivery plan from London and written quotation before any work is agreed.
